Role Description

This is a full-time Junior-Mid Level Designer role based in New York, NY (hybrid work arrangement). The designer will contribute to concept development and execution for brand, digital, and experiential projects, translating strategy into clear visual and interactive systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design assets, iterating on layouts and interactions, preparing presentation materials, and collaborating with senior designers and strategists. The role also involves refining designs based on feedback, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and supporting documentation and handoff for production.

The designer is expected to stay current with design trends and tools while contributing ideas that strengthen narrative and user experience.

Core Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in branding and packaging design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, packaging design, and applied visual storytelling
• Ability to translate strategic direction into clear, cohesive design systems across print, packaging, and digital touchpoints
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color systems, and print production basics
• Experience developing packaging designs from concept through production-ready files (dielines, layouts, mockups, specs)

Design & Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• • Ability to build strong presentation decks and communicate ideas clearly through visual storytelling
