The Role

Join Al-Futtaim Motors as a Sales Manager – Toyota Al Ain and take the lead in driving the performance of one of Toyota's key locations in the UAE.This role is ideal for a passionate and commercially driven automotive sales leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

You will be responsible for leading the showroom sales team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving business targets, and strengthening Toyota's position as the automotive brand of choice in the Al Ain market.

As a leader, you will inspire your team to exceed expectations while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Drive showroom performance through effective sales planning, coaching, and execution
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to maximize opportunities and profitability
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
• Coach and support Sales Executives in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing opportunities
• Manage customer concerns and escalations to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Drive customer retention and loyalty through exceptional service and relationship management
• Ensure compliance with Toyota and Al-Futtaim sales processes, policies, and standards
• Utilize sales data and market insights to improve operational and commercial performance
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning

What Equips You For

The Role

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role
• Automotive retail sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of sales operations and customer engagement strategies
• Experience managing team KPIs and business performance targets
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Arabic is an advantage
