About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join Odoo’s US Content Marketing team. This blends web design, branding, and front-end execution to create polished digital experiences across campaigns, events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

You’ll work closely with marketers, developers, and content creators to bring ideas to life that reflect Odoo’s brand across web, interactive, and visual touchpoints. We’re looking for someone with strong visual design instincts, solid technical skills, and an interest in modern creative workflows, including AI-assisted design tools and automation.

• You are a self-starter who can independently drive projects from concept to execution while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable taking initiative, managing priorities, and contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with marketers, developers, and creative stakeholders

Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Design

• Design assets for web, email, social media, events, and print
• Translate campaign concepts into polished, on-brand visuals
• Support creative direction across marketing initiatives
• Contribute to motion graphics, lightweight animation, or interactive content when needed

Modern Design Workflows

• Stay current with trends in web design, digital experiences, and creative technology
• Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and emerging creative tools
• Explore tools and processes that improve creative production and collaboration
• Bring fresh ideas and modern visual approaches to campaigns and brand initiatives

Web Design & Digital Experiences

• Support the design of landing pages and marketing web experiences
• Apply responsive design and UX/UI best practices
• Help maintain web templates and brand consistency across digital properties
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams on website updates and optimization initiatives

Must Have

• At least 1 year of experience in web design, digital design, or front-end development
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and marketing design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, typography, and layout
• Experience designing landing pages, marketing campaigns, or digital brand assets
• Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and modern design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience experimenting with AI in the design process, including MCP/Figma workflows or AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
• Experience creating online advertising assets, including HTML5 banner ads and IAB-standard display formats
• Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
• Experience with marketing automation or email design
• Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or A/B testing
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
• Familiarity with CMS, ERP, or CRM platforms such as Odoo

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $80,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
