As a recruiter at early stage company. you'll proactively build a pipeline of talent, be involved in all aspects of hiring, effectively communicate across cultures, class, ethnicity and age, and engage passive talent through cold outreach, warm introductions, email outreach, and/or phone. You'll implement inclusive recruiting practices and ensure teams are equipped to hire the very best.
