TITLE: Senior administrative assistant

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

Hourly Pay: $25.73～$35.43

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6:30 (Flexible)

Working Style: Hybrid (2 days working in office, 3 days working at home)

Summary

Responsible for performing various office and administrative tasks to support the frontline operations in the airport, cargo, and sales departments.

Key Duties

• Financial & Administrative Operations
• Manage invoice and employee reimbursements using company’s internal approval and payment systems
• Monitor branch budgets and performances to support financial briefings
• Administrative Coordination:
• Handle offices supplies
• Handle vendor contracts and IT/network coordination
• HR & Compliance
• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Maintain employment records; ensure accurate timecard recording
• Manage airport badge renewals
• Communication & Collaboration
• Foster collaboration across California branches
• Assist with local community networking

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Communication & Writing
• Excellent business writing skills and proficiency in both English and Japanese

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Google Workspace
• Analytical Ability
• Basic mathematical reasoning skills
• Compliance/Licensing
• Must have a valid driver's license

Above 5 years' experience in accounting or Administration.

Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or another related field, or the equivalent training/experience
