Junior Corporate Finance Associate (Chicago)

The Corporate Finance Group of Holland & Knight is seeking a junior associate with approximately one to three years of legal experience to join its corporate finance practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans.

Less experienced candidates (1-2 years of experience) should have general transactional experience but need not have experience representing lenders or borrowers in finance transactions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative and well-established team.

This position may be filled in Illinois. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in these locations is $235,000 - $260,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
