Senior BPO Sales Executive - Outbound Sales for Finance and Accounting Services

We are seeking a driven BPO Senior Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing company in the outsourcing business services space. This role is a HUNTER sales role focusing on outbound sales, specifically targeting CXOs and heads of medium to large MNCs, primarily in Finance, Accounting, and Contract Management.

You will be supported by various teams including Solutioning, Marketing, and Delivery/Operations as you drive new customer acquisition and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the company value proposition to clients and prospects using a consultative sales approach
• Complete the sales cycle from start to finish with minimal support to the C-Suite level
• Penetrate target segments to sell our outsourced business services
• Lead needs analysis and scoping initiatives with customers
• Own and present formal proposals and lead negotiations
• Ensure individual and team targets are exceeded
• Represent the company at industry seminars and networking events

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in selling outsourcing, preferably in finance and accounting
• Proven success meeting large revenue targets (not less than $1 million)
• Experience selling outsourced solutions to C-Suite Executives at mid to large organizations
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and maintaining relationships

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
