Position Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support our Human Resources team. Depending on business needs and team assignments, this role may focus on either Full-Cycle Recruiting or HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities. This position is suitable for candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources, including those early in their HR careers.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Track

• Post job openings across recruiting platforms and sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate video and onsite interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking
• Support hiring data reporting and recruitment process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams on hiring needs

HRBP Track

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation
• Support employee training and day-to-day HR operations
• Process employee timekeeping and attendance records
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations and respond to routine HR inquiries
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment documentation
• Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition (experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Chinese language skills are preferred but not required
• Familiarity with HR systems, recruiting platforms, or Microsoft Office is a plus

任职要求

• 对人力资源或招聘工作感兴趣，有经验者优先（非必须）
• 良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力
• 能适应快节奏、多任务工作环境
• 会中文优先（非必须）
• 熟悉Office办公软件、招聘平台或HR系统者更佳
