• Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity for informed decision-making.
• Implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to reach specific demographics and optimize ad performance through analytics.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic media outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct keyword research for content optimization to improve SEO rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Track media performance analytics regularly to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
• Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across various platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing performance monitoring using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing online analytics.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for community engagement insights.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices combined with experience in keyword research to enhance content visibility.
• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social media platforms with a track record of optimizing ad spend effectively.
• Strong skills in content writing, proofreading, branding, photography, video editing, and media editing tools to produce compelling multimedia content.
• Ability to analyze media performance data accurately to inform strategic decisions in social media marketing efforts.
• Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and stakeholders within the digital space.
