Bid Proposal Manager [83040]

We’re partnering with our client to find a skilled Bid Proposal Manager to support a remote team. This temp role lasts between 27 and 52 weeks and offers a chance to contribute to high-stakes enterprise proposals within a dynamic environment.

Bid Proposal Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing, to develop strategic proposals.
• Lead meetings and planning sessions to coordinate proposal development efforts.
• Create and maintain proposal templates, response content, and libraries for efficiency.
• Track deadlines, risks, and deliverables, supporting continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Bid Proposal Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Over 5 years of enterprise bid or proposal management experience, with 7+ years preferred.
• Proven success managing complex RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires.
• Experience with Salesforce, Responsive.io, SharePoint, and proposal platforms such as Loopio or RFPIO.
• Strong proposal writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of proposal compliance standards and evaluation methods.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Nice-to-Haves: Federal proposal experience, PMP or APMP certification.
