Operations Director - Healthcare

Full Circle Natural Medicine is seeking a strong, hands-on operations leader with 3 or more years of managerial experience. Our ideal candidate is organized, direct, and confident in making decisions. They use sound judgment and a calm, proactive leadership style, are emotionally intelligent, and communicate well.

As the clinic’s director, they will focus on daily operations, work closely with the doctors and admin team, and take ownership of the clinic’s operations.
