Regional Operations Specialist

THE ROLE

The Regional Operations Specialist is a support focused role designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented. The right candidate takes satisfaction in making the people and processes around them run smoothly.

In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Operations Manager to coordinate projects, organize operations, prepare reports, support recruiting logistics, coordinate fleet maintenance, and manage the operational details that keep a growing business on track.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Self Motivation and the ability to push through work pressures
• Must be able to report to the office daily; this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid

work.
