Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) and / or legal training would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with the UAE market and its regulations.
• Experience in managing large teams of staff across multiple tasks.
• Review investigation of consumer complaints referred by the company s policies to identify potential compliance and misconduct issues.
• Follow up on issues identified through the supervision process and ensure that the results of assessments are communicated to the LIs.
• Ensure that institutions manage their market conduct risks in an efficient and effective manner.
• Utilize the offsite data analysis reports to analyse trends and specific practices thereby enhancing the overall examination process.
• Review management information and dashboards of risk analysis and identify areas of conduct non-compliance and vulnerabilities in the sector.
• Carry out systematic research and benchmarking on the marketplace best practices in the area of market conduct and identify areas requiring new regulations
