At Claimlane, we are hiring a Head of Global Sales to lead our next phase of growth: the journey from Series A to Series B.

This role is for a "Builder-Operator", someone who preferably has the scar tissue from scaling a B2B SaaS revenue engine from €2M to €10M ARR. You aren’t just a manager; you are a Deal Surgeon who thrives on professionalizing sales craft and building efficient and high-velocity sales process and systems.

We have validated our GTM engine, achieved strong Product-Market Fit, and are now scaling aggressively across the Nordics, UK and the US.

With household brands like Black Diamond Equipment, Skechers and Tonies already on board, we are ready to unbundle our leadership layer and bring in a dedicated Head of Global Sales to own the global revenue engine.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CCO, you will own the sales craft for our global team of Account Executives (AEs) across Copenhagen, London, and Austin. Your mission is to scale the team from 3 to 10+ AEs, implementing the systems and coaching required to hit a 3x velocity goal without simply throwing more headcount as a solution.

This is a master practitioner role. You will be expected to scrub in, audit sales calls forensically, and find the "leaks" in the middle of the funnel that others miss.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrialize the Sales Craft: Take our validated sales motion and turn it into a repeatable, documented "Sales Factory" where new AEs ramp to quota in <60 days.
• Coaching (The Surgeon): Audit discovery and closing calls to identify the exact "pivot points" where value propositions fail. Move the team from selling a platform to securing executive ROI buy-in with our solution.
• Leak Detection & Forensics: Use signal-based data to identify and kill "zombie deals." Reduce stalled deals by 30% through multi-threading and systematic follow-ups.
• Build the Rhythm: Establish an autonomous weekly cadence with 1:1s, pipe reviews, deal sparring and closing calls.
• People-leadership: People-first leadership style, creating a trusted collaboration with the team and ensure tight collaboration with marketing, SDRs and Customer Success
• The Global Bridge: Coach "Nordic Collaboration" in the Nordics while maintaining "High-Intensity Execution" for the US and UK markets.

Requirements

• The Journey: Min 4-5 years of sales leadership with a proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS team of AEs (preferably during a Series A to B transition).
• The Scale: You have personally lived the climb from €2M to €5-10M ARR.
• The Operator DNA: You are a Master Practitioner. You are bored by "high-level strategy" if it isn't backed by data involvement in deals. To effectively spar with AEs and handle complex technical objections, you must know the Claimlane platform "inside out" and lead by example in the trenches.
• Location & Presence: Based in Austin. You are comfortable with traveling to UK and DK to keep a high-fidelity pulse on the market.
• Cultural Translator: You can bridge the gap between US/UK "aggression" and Nordic "rationality."
