Senior Auto Sales Executive – Outside Sales & Account Generation

Apple Leasing- Commercial division is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy automotive sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. This role will focus heavily on outside sales — identifying, developing, and closing new B2B accounts while maintaining long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales and/or commercial finance, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a commission-based role with a generous monthly draws. Top performers earn in excess of $400k annually, while average earnings are approximately $140k

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and develop new client accounts (fleet, individual, and commercial)
• Conduct outside sales visits, attend networking events, and build relationships
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support post-sale
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and vehicle inventory

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in auto sales and/or commercial equipment finance (retail, fleet, or commercial)
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales or territory-based account generation
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel regionally as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing portfolio of automotive or fleet clients
• Experience with CRM systems
• Background in B2B or fleet vehicle leasing/sales is a plus
