Sr. Sales Executive

A leading financial technology provider is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive growth across North America, delivering back-office technology solutions to hedge funds, asset managers, institutional investors, and investment management firms.

This is a quota-carrying role suited to a proven hunter who excels at building relationships with senior decision-makers and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, winning new business, and helping clients modernize critical operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investment firms.
• Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of strategic opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry engagement.
• Lead sophisticated sales cycles, including discovery meetings, product demonstrations, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
• Engage C-suite executives, COOs, CFOs, Heads of Operations, Technology Leaders, and Investment Operations teams to understand business challenges and position technology solutions.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, implementation, and client success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support long-term account growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background selling financial technology, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions into the investment management community.
• Experience selling solutions supporting fund accounting, investment operations, data management, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, middle-office workflows, back-office outsourcing, IBOR/ABOR environments, or related operational functions is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or financial technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling into hedge funds, asset managers, wealth managers, or other institutional investment organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota in complex consultative sales environments.
• Experience managing lengthy enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ability to travel as required throughout North America.
