Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This includes creating engaging posts, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Support: Provide support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking campaign performance.
• Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and analyzing campaign results.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on marketing activities, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing marketing materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
