We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Process Engineers to join our team and lead advanced microelectronics assembly in an ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) Cleanroom environment.
š¹Lead cleanroom assemblers while ensuring compliance with strict quality standards (MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-PRF-38535 and MIL-STD-883).
š¹Experience with advanced processes such as wire bonding (gold & aluminum), die attach (epoxy, eutectic solder), and lid sealing (solder, Seam welding, Projection welding).
š¹Familiarization and Programming of advanced equipment, including Die Bonders, Wire bonders, Seam Welders.
š¹Assemble custom packaging, including ceramic LCCs, flatpacks, CQFP, TSOP, ASICs, multichip modules.
š¹Train and certify new employees in cleanroom processes.
š¹Capable of conducting and training technicians to QML Q and V level inspections on microelectronics using microscopes.
š¹Packages handling and developing QFP, TQFP, SOP, TSOP, QFN, Flip Chip, Cu pillar FC, BGA, CSP, FAN-OUT WAFER LEVEL PACKAGING (FOWLP), 2.5DIC, 3DIC id helpful, but not required.
š¹Ability to work in full cleanroom gowning attire (ESD smock, gloves, hair and shoe coverings).
š¹ESD awareness to ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements
š¹DOE, SPC, FMEA implementation experience is required. 6S Green or black belt are all a plus.
The Principal Product Engineer develops novel solutions to customer driven problems including ruggedized miniature electro-mechanical systems, systems for harsh environments (e.g. high-g, high temperature, high vibration), dynamic mechanisms, and autonomous systems. The product engineering and manufacturing support team helps turn these cutting edge designs into fielded hardware for our end customers.

Experience
10-15 years experience in Product Engineering or related.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$75,000.00 - $237,500.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
