Job Overview

BrightStar Care of Montgomery is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a passionate and driven Recruiter or Junior Recruiter to support the growing staffing needs of our Personal Care department. This position involves full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment, focused on hiring Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for personal care roles: source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the onboarding process
• Conduct daily phone screenings and schedule candidates for twice-weekly orientations
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms including Indeed and social media
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants to meet ongoing staffing demands
• Represent the company at local events, job fairs, schools, and community organizations
• Collaborate closely with office staff to forecast hiring needs and fill roles efficiently
• Continuously look for creative, out-of-the-box recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate interactions

What We’re Looking For

• A people person – you enjoy talking to others and building strong connections
• Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone conducting phone screens and interviews
• Tech-savvy, organized, and skilled at using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident with social media outreach and brand-building activities
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
• Prior experience in recruiting is a plus, but recent grads with a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply!
