• Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.
• Skills and attributes for success: * Support HR operations including employee inquiries, transaction processing, and HR policy implementation. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. * Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. * Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. * Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Qualifications: Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
