Duties

• Lead and motivate regional sales teams to achieve and surpass sales targets across Non-Standard property casualty, and commercial insurance products.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market dynamics, including outside sales initiatives and telemarketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, client communication, and benefits administration.
• Oversee sales administration processes, including CRM system management and analysis of sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate training sessions for staff on insurance products, regulatory updates, and sales techniques such as retail sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and enhance overall performance.
• Manage Bilingual teams effectively, leveraging bilingual skills to serve diverse client bases and expand market reach.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to engage clients confidently.
• Knowledge of property casualty insurance and commercial insurance products.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements within various jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for customer relationship management and data analysis.
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills coupled with outstanding customer service capabilities.
• Analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and client feedback for strategic decision-making.
