Landscape Architect

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Landscape Architect to join our team, specializing in luxury residential properties. This role is ideal for a creative professional who understands how to translate architectural vision into sophisticated outdoor environments that complement high-end homes and lifestyles.

About the Role

You will lead the design and delivery of custom outdoor spaces, guiding each project from initial concept through final installation for discerning clients. Projects include estates, modern custom homes heavily detailed jobs of various scales, and premium outdoor living environments featuring pools, terraces, gardens, lighting, and hardscape elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design refined, site-specific landscape concepts for luxury residential properties
• Collaborate closely with architects, builders, clients, and interior designers
• Develop detailed plans, renderings, and construction documents
• Select high-quality materials, plant palettes, and finishes appropriate for upscale projects
• Oversee project implementation to ensure design integrity and craftsmanship
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 3+ years as a Landscape Architect (luxury experience strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscapes, and outdoor construction methods
• Exceptional design sensibility with a portfolio showcasing high-end work
• Excellent communication and project management skills
