Duties and Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the Human Resources Department in administrative tasks such as data entry, organizing, scanning, labeling, and filing HR documents
• Assist with the payroll process in collecting and verifying time and attendance records for employees
• Generate, audit & distribute Time Detail Reports from AsureForce to managers for daily timecard approval
• Collect daily Time Detail Reports from managers and apply corrections to employee timecards on AsureForce
• Collect, organize, and retain timesheets, daily time detail reports, and submitted time off request forms in their respective digital folder for recordkeeping purposes
• Audit Daily Time Detail Reports from agencies
• Update the Labor Hour Tracker on a daily basis after completion of Agency Time Detail Report audit
• Gather all completed weekending time detail reports from agencies, audit, and store in respective folder.
• Assist in collecting pending signatures, documents, and reports.
• Assist with the day-to-day efficient operations of the HR office
• Assist with periodic HR report audit
• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
• Maintain accurate and updated record-keeping
• Assist with company’s recruiting process; including but not limited to scheduling interviews, record-keeping all applicants with tracking system, and communicating with managers
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards
• Enforce company policies through effective and efficient communication
• Assist with special projects including open enrollment, birthday celebration, etc.
• Organize and maintains retention files for required period of time
• Perform various tasks in support of HR department
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizing skills
• Proficiency in MS Windows with MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
