$75,000 - $85,000 + bonus

As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our airport restaurant operations at ATL Airport. This position is perfect for someone with union experience, strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive HR partner to field leadership and airport operations
• Provide support for employee relations, performance discussions, and coaching for leaders
• Collaborate thoughtfully on labor matters
• Work closely with regional and corporate HR teams on various initiatives and programs
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement to build a strong team

What You Will Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles
• A practical and people-focused approach, displaying sound judgment and discretion
• Experience in dynamic environments such as hospitality, retail, food service, or similar
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in an interactive, high-energy atmosphere

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
