Reporting to the Senior Vice President, U.S. Head of Human Resources, the Director, HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across Ascot U.S. This role partners closely with leaders to address talent, workforce, and organizational needs while delivering practical, people-focused solutions that strengthen both business outcomes and the employee experience.
The successful candidate will bring sound judgment, credibility, and a collaborative approach, and will lead with integrity, trust, and accountability.This is a hybrid minimum of 3-days in office role.
Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and skills. The base pay is just one component of Ascot’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and other forms of discretionary compensation awarded by the Company.
The annualized base pay range for this role is: $160,000 - $175,000
