Sourcing Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to support their procurement teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategic sourcing, digital procurement tools, analytics, and process excellence.

About the Role

You’ll manage end‑to‑end e‑sourcing events, partner closely with category teams, and help drive sourcing effectiveness using SAP Ariba, Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO), Tableau, and QuickBase. You’ll also support contract lifecycle activities and help identify opportunities to streamline workflows using emerging AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage e‑sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, e‑Auctions) from kickoff through award using SAP Ariba and Coupa CSO
• Partner with category managers and buyers to define sourcing strategies, event structures, and evaluation criteria
• Configure, launch, and manage sourcing events, including supplier communications, bid structures, and timelines
• Support suppliers throughout the event to ensure smooth participation and issue resolution
• Perform bid analysis, scenario modeling, and optimization in CSO to support compliant, data‑driven award decisions
• Support Source‑to‑Contract activities, including award documentation and contract lifecycle alignment
• Maintain accurate sourcing and contract documentation in line with procurement policies and audit requirements
• Develop templates, best practices, and process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency
• Manage sourcing and contracting pipelines, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business priorities
• Build and deliver dashboards and reporting in Tableau and QuickBase (status updates, savings, award recommendations, performance metrics)
• Train internal teams and suppliers on e‑sourcing and contract management tools

Qualifications

3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO)

Required Skills

• Strong experience running complex e‑sourcing events, including large RFPs and e‑Auctions
• Solid understanding of the full Source‑to‑Contract process
• Advanced analytical skills (bid evaluation, scenario modeling, optimization)
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with U.S.‑based stakeholders and suppliers
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Tableau
• Experience using AI/ML‑enabled tools to improve workflows or decision‑making

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting U.S. procurement or Fortune 500 sourcing teams
• Knowledge of common direct and indirect spend categories
• SAP Ariba or Coupa certifications
• Experience with other e‑sourcing platforms (Ivalua, Jaggaer, etc.)
• Additional Tableau experience

Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Dunwoody, GA
