About the role

Our Firm is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented “Business Executive Assistant”, who will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our business footprint, building strategic relationships, and promoting our diverse range of legal and advisory servicesglobally. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities and duties

•  Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele. Represent the firm in client meetings, corporate gatherings, legal expos, and industry networking events. Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and businesses across various sectors. Actively meet companies and decision-makers to introduce our firm and propose tailored legal and advisory solutions. Drive new business acquisition by delivering structured presentations that effectively communicate the firm’s credibility and specialized offerings. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Coordinate with internal legal & management teams to understand service areas and create impactful presentations and proposals. Manage a robust sales pipeline, actively converting leads and nurturing key accounts to secure long-term client retention. Report client engagement metrics and market intelligence directly to senior executives Provide regular, analytical updates on pipeline growth and market trends to the leadership team.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Work experience and skills: Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. 3–7 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development. Experience in marketing professional services, preferably legal or consultancy. Proven ability to approach, engage, and convert clients. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results. Familiarity with international business practices and corporate outreach. Multilingual skills and travel flexibility will be an added advantage.

Preferred

 Experience working with startups, SMEs, or consulting firms. Knowledge of international business and cross-border expansion strategies. MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
