Job Summary

As a Junior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process for various corporate positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions and advertisements.
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
• Support employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team members on various recruiting projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation statement: This role will pay between $30.00 - $40.00 an hour.
