Senior Administrative Assistant (Long‑Term Temporary)

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $23-$27 per hour

Job Type: Full‑Time, Long‑Term Temporary

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide high‑level administrative assistance to department leaders and staff. This is a long‑term temporary opportunity for a dependable, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support to management and/or department teams
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners
• Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
• Track expenses, process invoices, and assist with basic reporting
• Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow‑up items
• Assist with onboarding, departmental projects, and special assignments as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times

Qualifications

• 5+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a senior or executive support role
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

• This is a long‑term temporary position with potential to extend based on business needs
• On‑site role in the Denver area
