Senior Front End/Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Front End/Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our Order Management System (OMS) supporting trading operations. This hybrid role is based in NYC, Dallas, or Raleigh, and Visa sponsorship will not be offered at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement features for the Order Management System (OMS) to support trading operations.
• Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and adhere to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Guarantee the highest performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Professional experience developing and maintaining OMS or trading systems in the financial industry.
• 5+ years of professional working experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and HTTP protocols.
• 3+ years of experience with an OOP language (e.g., Python, Java, or .Net).
• Familiarity with non-SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS is a big plus.
• Experience with messaging middleware.
• Familiarity with caching frameworks.
• Ability to balance the use of design patterns in real-world scenarios.
• Experience with testing platforms and unit tests.

• Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000.
