$150,000 - $200,000
Strategic Systems is seeking a Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer who can bridge business strategy, solution architecture, AI innovation, and rapid application development.
This is not a traditional architect role focused on documentation and diagrams. We need someone who can quickly understand a client's business challenges, translate them into practical technical solutions, build working prototypes in weeks using AI-assisted development tools, and then lead delivery teams through production implementation.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting to executives, facilitating discovery sessions, designing solution architectures, and building functional proof-of-concepts. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, technical depth, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams.
What Success Looks Like
The physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours a day, and regularly operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and frequently perform tasks that require typing, writing, and document handling.
Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities to read materials and participate in meetings.
