Job Title: Sr Business Analyst – Master Data Management
Location: Columbus, OH 43215
Duration: 12+ months (Strong possibility for an extension)
Requirement Description
- The position is responsible for developing requirements for the design and implementation of the master data management RFP and assisting with implementation.
- It requires collaboration with key members of functional organizations (Business units) and technical systems (IT teams).
- This position will gather requirements by analyzing master data needs across multiple systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Have experience in successfully eliciting and documenting data terms, definitions, standards, and master data management processes
- Identify and document future state business, data and other functional requirements.
- Collaborate across both processes and data domains to document the assigned data domain needs
- Define future state use cases and associated business process flow diagrams
- Assist in writing the Request For Proposal (RFP) for Enterprise MDM implementation
- Generates and records ideas for improvement (e.g. integrity checks, maintenance processes, metadata, services)
- Identify and document candidate KPIs to monitor and measure actual data quality and defines processes to manage and report on identified KPIs
- Creates documentation of business processes, and provide input to future state training procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop training materials and associated job aids
- Work proactively across the organization to identify data sources, data users, and data processes
- Identify and prepare test data to support testing phases and related test suites
- Assist with system and user acceptance testing
- Facilitate defect resolution process providing business or functional requirements clarification

- Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.
Mandatory Requirements/Time Education
- Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information technology, engineering or business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance or related area or equivalent experience
- Experience:
- 3+ years of directly related experience working with Master Data Management implementations
