Senior Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, Ohio or Houston, TXJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $45 - 50 per hourAre you ready to drive digital transformation as a strategic consultative partner for a global financial services leader? You will lead the evolution of high-visibility corporate web platforms, leveraging cutting-edge AI prompt engineering and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative UX design and technical execution to deliver end-to-end omnichannel solutions that directly maximize business impact.Locations can be the following:

Onsite Wilmington - 2 Days hybrid schedule

Onsite Columbus or Houston - 5 days in office

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional product, architecture, and UX teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into end-to-end omnichannel solutions.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and behavior-driven development (BDD) workflows to ensure seamless technical delivery and absolute requirement traceability.

Optimize delivery workflows by leveraging approved AI tools and structured prompt engineering to accelerate technical documentation and backlog grooming.

Analyze delivery KPIs and system change impacts to provide data-driven proposals that mitigate deployment risks and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise-level agile environments.

Advanced proficiency in Jira, Figma, and BDD practices, with a proven ability to translate design concepts into clear technical specifications.

Proven track record of utilizing structured AI prompting (JSON/tables) and data analytics to significantly improve operational throughput.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with exceptional communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
