Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associate

In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands, engage with customers in a retail environment, help execute marketing campaigns, and contribute to building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do

• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Execute face-to-face brand marketing initiatives in retail locations
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offers
• Collaborate with leadership to support campaign goals
• Participate in daily training focused on marketing, communication, and leadership development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
