Technology Procurement & Procurement Operations
- Support procurement activities for enterprise software, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications, and technology vendors.
- Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, renewals, vendor documentation, and procurement approvals.
- Maintain procurement documentation including contracts, pricing schedules, licensing agreements, statements of work, and vendor records.
- Track contract renewals, maintenance agreements, software subscriptions, and key vendor milestones.
- Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure required compliance documentation is completed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for procurement status, purchasing policies, and internal technology purchasing requests.
Technology Sourcing & RFP Administration
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements for new technology purchases.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and vendor evaluations.
- Coordinate vendor responses, organize evaluation materials, facilitate scoring, and document selection criteria.
- Perform pricing comparisons, vendor analysis, and cost evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
- Work alongside Legal and Procurement leadership to review commercial terms, pricing models, renewals, licensing assumptions, and contract deliverables.
Technology Asset Management
- Maintain enterprise technology asset records for software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, hardware, and related agreements.
- Track the complete lifecycle of technology assets from procurement through deployment, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
- Coordinate laptop and device refresh initiatives, asset returns, inventory reconciliation, and disposal documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring technology assets are properly assigned, recovered, and documented.
- Participate in hardware and software asset audits while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze procurement, spend, vendor, contract, and asset data to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports for technology spend, software utilization, vendor performance, renewals, and asset inventory.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with documenting procurement workflows, technology purchasing procedures, and asset management processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with Technology, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Finance, Purchasing, and Legal teams.
- Support business leaders by providing guidance on procurement processes, vendor engagement, and technology purchasing best practices.
- Assist with training users on procurement procedures, technology asset management tools, and purchasing policies.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience supporting procurement, purchasing, sourcing, technology asset management, business analysis, or vendor management.
- Experience purchasing technology for internal business users, including software, SaaS platforms, hardware, or IT services.
- Understanding of enterprise technology purchasing processes and technology asset lifecycle management.
- Experience coordinating or supporting sourcing events, vendor evaluations, or procurement documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and report procurement and financial data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred
- Experience participating in or coordinating RFPs, RFQs, or technology sourcing initiatives, including gathering business requirements, coordinating vendor responses, and supporting evaluation and selection activities.
- Understanding of software licensing models, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, hardware procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or asset management platforms such as PeopleSoft, Basware, Ivanti, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with technology contract terminology including renewals, maintenance agreements, licensing metrics, and subscription pricing.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations or internal IT departments.
Pay: $40.00 - $42.50 per hour
