Develop and implement community plans and strategies that align with the overall vision and goals of the City of Pittsburgh.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and residents, to gather input and ensure their needs are considered in planning processes.

Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and identify potential challenges and opportunities within the community.

Identify and recommend policies, programs, and initiatives to promote sustainable growth, economic development, and community well-being.

Facilitate public meetings, workshops, and forums to gather feedback and communicate plans and initiatives to the community.

Monitor and track progress of community plans and projects, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.

Provide technical assistance and support to other city departments and external organizations on community planning matters.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in urban planning and incorporate them into planning efforts.

Develop and manage budgets and grant applications to secure funding for community initiatives.

Serve as a representative of the City of Pittsburgh at local, regional, and national conferences and events related to community planning.
