📝 Rquirements

• We require a bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or another scientific discipline; a masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• We prefer 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role.
• We require advanced analytical capabilities and strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
• We expect moderate experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
• We value familiarity with AI in a business setting and curiosity to explore emerging AI technologies.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with multiple levels of management.
• We look for strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• We require the ability to clearly communicate findings, implications, and recommendations to diverse stakeholder groups.
• We expect extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building BI tools, such as Power BI, is a plus.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• We partner with Aramark operations leaders and venue clients to understand performance needs and provide trusted analytical support.
• We build strong client relationships and serve as a dependable resource for strategic planning and performance reviews.
• We present data insights to senior leaders and clients, translating complex information into clear stories and actionable recommendations.
• We support research on hospitality behavior across premium, suite, and concessions consumers.
• We identify opportunities to shape and capture consumer demand and collaborate with internal and external partners to pilot new venue concepts.
• We analyze performance data from sources such as labor tracking, point of sale, and inventory systems to uncover operational improvement opportunities.
• We create compelling visualizations and reports that communicate complex findings effectively.
• We lead the development of key performance reporting for Aramark operations teams and client stakeholders.
• We produce ad hoc analyses to evaluate short-term strategies and define the insights needed to measure success.
• We use consumer analytics to better understand purchasing behavior across our Sports + Entertainment venues in the Pittsburgh district.
• We help guide pricing, product mix, and placement decisions that support revenue growth and fan satisfaction.
• We improve business processes to make information gathering and synthesis more efficient.
• We stay current on emerging AI tools, technology, and industry best practices to support our data science goals.
