Human Resources Assistant (Operational Support)

The Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment? We’re seeking a dependable and detailed and operations oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources Business Partners & Resourcing team. No Human Resources experience is required for this position.

This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, supporting people, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Provide operational support to the HRBP&R team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain data and records within HCM systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools
• Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and interviews for team members
• Serve as a customer-focused point of contact for employee inquiries
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and care

What You Bring to the Role

• Strong operational, administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable managing calendars and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams); PowerPoint and SharePoint experience preferred
• HCM, HR systems, ORACLE Systems, Accounting / Finance Systems experience helpful
• Exposure to AI to research and analyze data preferred
• Prior corporate experience preferred
