Role Description, Business Development Manager — Commercial & Industrial Painting role based in Phoenix, AZ. The person in this role will identify and pursue new commercial and industrial painting opportunities, build and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, facility owners, and other key decision-makers, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract close.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, attending client meetings, preparing estimates and proposals in coordination with the operations team, and following up on bids to secure new work.

The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to align sales targets with production capacity, support pricing strategies, track market trends, and represent Arizona Professional Painting at industry events and networking functions.

The role also includes maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to strategic growth plans for the company.
