Entry Level/Junior MEDICAL Recruiter (Central Phoenix)

Recruiting firm seeks a Junior/Entry Level Medical Recruiter to join its busy Medical Division. Potential for Growth with this company!

Junior Medical Recruiter duties include the following

• Recruiting medical professionals by utilizing company and online database searches for candidates.

• Conducts interview and assess candidate's competencies and references.

• Complete all necessary pre-employment documentation for incoming candidates.

• Provides exceptional customer service and continuous follow up (heavy phone communication).

• Maintains positive and professional client and candidate relationships.

• Contact and schedule interviews for potential candidates with clients.

• Cold calling necessary for building continuous client and candidate relationships.

Successful Candidates will fulfill the following requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience working in an office or similar setting.

• Excellent communication skills, including proper phone skills.

• Excellent grammar and writing skills, with an emphasis on spelling.
