Recruiter

Advance Services is expanding and looking to hire an awesome Recruiter that is Bilingual in English and Spanish! The Recruiter position is an exciting opportunity for an organized professional who will apply recruiting practices to identify and hire high-quality candidates to meet the needs of our clients. We are looking for a reliable team player ready to join our incredible team!

What will help you in this role

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Being organized and punctual
• Great computer skills (Experience with Bullhorn is a plus)
• Timely customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Finding the daily motivation to meet and exceed goals
• Ability to solve problems appropriately on your own

What you will do

• Effectively utilize recruiting practices to identify and hire quality candidates to fulfill the needs of our customers
• Facilitate an application process and hiring paperwork
• Meet and greet when candidates come in seeking work
• Manage and distribute timesheets
• Help all Advance Services employees with their questions related to their work assignments
• Issue resolution with customers and Advance Services employees
• Communicate with employees and customers on a frequent basis
• Work with customers by phone, email, and in person to ensure needs are met
