Junior Estimator

Junior Estimator role will support the Estimator in preparing accurate,

competitive bids. You will develop expertise in quantity take-offs,

subcontractor coordination, and project site assessment, with clear path

or professional development within our growing team.

• Perform accurate material & labor quantity take-off from plans and

specifications using digital takeoff software.

• Obtain and compare pricing from material suppliers and

subcontractors, cultivating long-term partnerships.

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gathers information

impacting project costs.

• Assis in the preparation of complete bid proposals and project

budgets.

• Maintain a tracker of all projects, monitoring the bid process, and

assisting with post-bid buyouts.

• Work with project managers and superintendents to understand

production rates (e.g., laying pipe in dirt vs. paved areas) to

improve estimate accuracy.
