Sales Representative – Specialty Pharmacy & Medical Supply

Angel Care Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our network of healthcare providers and increase referrals for our Specialty Pharmacy and Medical Supply services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities while promoting our high-quality patient care and pharmacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Promote Angel Care Pharmacy's Specialty Pharmacy and Medical Supply services.
• Generate new referral sources and maintain existing accounts.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and referral goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy and marketing teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience).
• 2+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, DME, or specialty pharmacy sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
