As we continue to expand our healthcare consulting division, we are seeking experienced and highly motivated Business-to-Business Sales Professionals to build relationships with employers and introduce innovative employee benefit solutions that help businesses reduce healthcare costs while improving employee wellness.

• Location: Philadelphia, PA Area (Hybrid – In Office & Remote)
• Schedule: Three (3) days per week in office
• Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ Annually (Commission-Based)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Position Overview

• As a Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with employers throughout the Philadelphia region, present employee benefit solutions, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Deliver professional sales presentations.
• Educate employers on employee benefit solutions.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of professional sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area.
• Must be available to work in the office three (3) days each week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience.
• Experience working with employers, business owners, executives, or HR professionals.
• Medical insurance or employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required.
