Compliance Officer

PPL Corp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of legal and compliance requirements and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that we remain compliant.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in law, finance, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities

Monitor and review legal and compliance requirements for PPL Corp and its subsidiaries.

Identify potential risks and take proactive measures to prevent non-compliance.

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.

Report on compliance activities and findings to stakeholders.

Develop and deliver training programs related to compliance.

Investigate and address any incidents of non-compliance.

Prepare reports and provide advice regarding compliance issues.

Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
