Regional Business Office Manager

A large nursing home company is looking for a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) to manage Business Office Managers (BOMs) for a group of Skilled Nursing Facilities located in the surrounding area of Dauphin County, PA. In this position, your key responsibilities will be to train and manage business office staff, conduct audits, ensure compliance, and monitor receivables and aging reports.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE REGIONAL BOM

• Required to have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Regional Business Office Manager, or Regional A/R Consultant in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation/Post- Acute setting.
• Experience with Healthcare billing systems, common working files, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care billing, resident liability, renewal, Medicaid Pending, resident trust management, and be familiar with CMS regulations.
• The ability to multi-task between projects, payer types, and month-end-close deadlines.
• Strong month-end-close experience.
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand, problem solve, track, and verbalize troubled/growing accounts and payor types.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work with business office managers and manage staff.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with confidence to executive leaders
