Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and renters, guiding clients through property searches, showings, market analyses, and negotiations.

Daily responsibilities include managing listings, preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and delivering professional customer service throughout the entire real estate process.

The agent will also leverage SPACE & COMPANY’s technology and marketing tools to develop targeted marketing plans, enhance online visibility, and stay current on local market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including communication, responsiveness, and client relationship management.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills with experience in prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, contracts, and local market dynamics.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and online marketing platforms, including MLS, social media, and virtual tour technologies.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a brokerage environment.
• Relevant experience in residential real estate in the Philadelphia area and familiarity with green living or community-focused initiatives are beneficial.
