Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Specialist role is located in Philadelphia, PA. The Leasing Specialist will focus on assisting prospective and current residents by providing exceptional customer service, managing lease agreements, and supporting resident retention.

Day-to-day responsibilities include property tours, handling inquiries, processing lease documents, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a welcoming and community-oriented living environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and a strong ability to foster Resident Retention
• Knowledge of Leases and expertise in Lease Administration processes
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of residents and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with student housing or property management industry is a plus
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage
