Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our client's Philadelphia office. As the backbone of our team, you will oversee administrative functions, manage support staff, and ensure our attorneys have the resources they need to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.

Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Manage scheduling, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.

Coordinate with firm leadership to implement policies, streamline workflows, and support strategic goals.

Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and operational reporting for the Philadelphia office.

Serve as the point of contact between the local office and the firm’s other locations.

Qualifications

3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common legal practice tools.
