Managing Agent

LAIC (Local Agent In Charge) is seeking reliable Philadelphia-area residents to serve as Managing Agents for out-of-state property owners.

As a Managing Agent, you'll act as the designated local representative for assigned properties. Responsibilities include completing a brief exterior property inspection, signing an online designation form, participating in a virtual notarization, and serving as the local point of contact for the out-of-state property owner.

The role is flexible, straightforward, and you may be removed as the Managing Agent at any time.

Responsibilities

• Complete a one-time exterior property inspection
• Sign an online Designation Form
• Participate in a virtual notarization
• Serve as the designated Managing Agent for assigned properties
• Act as the local point of contact for out-of-state property owners when needed
